I took my 2022 escape to Sid Dillon ford in Crete for some recall work. They estimated time to do it would be 1 1/2 hours , they did the work and had it done a little earlier then expected. They even washed it. I am very impressed with Sid Dillon ford Service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
