Tracy and Shay- shop managers were excellent in communication and noting my requests. Sid Dillion’s mechanical engineer completed what needed to be done. They rotated the tires as well as replaced my air pressure transistors that had stopped operating earlier about 8 months ago. i appreciate the free car wash. Time management was great too. I appreciate when coupons are credited too.

We have gone to Sid Dillon for years, most interactions with Bryan have been met with rude and unprofessional behavior. It’s almost to a point where I’d rather drive to Lincoln to get service done than deal with a possible interaction with him. His behavior becomes friendlier when he realizes you’re upset and the fact it’s happened multiple times and his behavior has been reported to management and his behavior continues is concerning

I had a check engine light on, so I called, they didn't have an appointment for a couple of days. However, I dropped the car early as I didn't want to drive with unknown problem. Service tech ran the codes, determined the problem, and ordered the parts right away. Parts were delayed because of weather, but actually had the repairs completed and car back to me BEFORE my original appointment time. Fixed right the first time, and very happy and how quickly it was repaired.
Edgar, Adam, Tyler and the entire Sid Dillon team were awesome to work with! I traded in my 2014 F-150 XLT with 268,000mi on the purchase of a New 2024 XLT. Got the deal done easily the only thing that I didn't like was that they cleared all codes and didn't disclose that it was going to need a catalytic converter. It might have made a difference in the purchase
