10/10. Will drive to Crete again for service on our Ford at Sid Dillon Ford. Last oil change and tire rotation I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Even with the drive from Lincoln it was less time than I spent waiting on my last service in Lincoln.
I had a check engine light on, so I called, they didn't have an appointment for a couple of days. However, I dropped the car early as I didn't want to drive with unknown problem. Service tech ran the codes, determined the problem, and ordered the parts right away. Parts were delayed because of weather, but actually had the repairs completed and car back to me BEFORE my original appointment time. Fixed right the first time, and very happy and how quickly it was repaired.
Edgar, Adam, Tyler and the entire Sid Dillon team were awesome to work with! I traded in my 2014 F-150 XLT with 268,000mi on the purchase of a New 2024 XLT. Edgar was high-touch and high communication throughout the experience. Phenomenal service, honesty and great communication. Really great experience.

Sid Dillon service department is great,, car didn't start I called they came to my driveway to check it out, charged the battery and I drove to the shop. The service changed the battery like in and out in about 20 minutes, grat service and reasonable rates , thank you
We went to Crete Sid Dillion to purchased a car we saw online. We were greated by a friendly salesman. He was new to the sales game and need help from his manager a bunch but felt like they treated us fair through the process.
The process was incredibly easy and the car was just like it was advertised. Friendly service, I never had any doubts about working with them!

Which is huge for me as a customer! Got the deal done easily the only thing that I didn't like was that they cleared all codes and didn't disclose that it was going to need a catalytic converter. It might have made a difference in the purchase

The guys were extremely helpful. I explained my issue in regards to the screen, and they took keys and directed me to the waiting area. after 10, maybe 15 minutes, the guys figured out and fixed the issue. WOW!! Thank you for everything!

I took my 2022 escape to Sid Dillon ford in Crete for some recall work. They estimated time to do it would be 1 1/2 hours , they did the work and had it done a little earlier then expected. They even washed it. I am very impressed with Sid Dillon ford Service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. One of the Ford dealerships in Lincoln Ne, told me it would take 2 days to do the recalls.
The service manager was so nice! They managed to squeeze my truck in even though I didn't have an appt and then gave me a ride home and picked me up when the repairs were finished

Brian in service deserves all the praise! I went through a hell of 7 days without a car and a horrible experience with another location. Brian and I crossed paths on day 6, the minute he was aware of my situation he took immediate action and had my car back to me (had someone drive it to Lincoln for me!!) in less than 18 hours. I would not recommend using this dealership. They gave me the runaround and treated me with disrespect. I tried to setup a time to view a vehicle and kept being told different information and never was able to see the vehicle after multiple excuses. They made me poor even thought they didn’t know my finances basically told me I wouldn’t be able to afford the vehicle. Crete and Wahoo teams have went above and beyond answering my questions when I need them ..I know at the end of the day it's all padding the Dillons family pocket but I hope it's also helping out the employee that cares

My truck broke down while pulling our trailer. We were 1200 miles from home. I called around and Sid Dillon Ford was the only dealership that could get me in for repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They said they would make time to help out a stranded traveler.
